TC hands + dial should be a direct swap to "2813-28,800" and 2836 or are these different for this kind of parts?

You are right. Sadly we were a bit over excited. Still a damn good rep.
Not all dials are bad I think. Mine looks ok (qc pics). And the greenish hands are supposedly not so visible.
If you get a good dial, don't mind the slightly greenish hands and put it on a nato, you get a good OOB rep...
even my wife recognized that the hands have a different color... and she doesn't have any knowledge of watches...
only some dials are off but I dunno if the lume will match the new hands...

It is the best SD rep to date. Nothing else could be modded to look Gen. Period.
Realistically, all that's needed is bracelet, hands and crown. The rep dial can be fixed if any markers are not centered. These issues do not take this out of super rep category. IMO
The weird thing is I don't remember the hands being flawed on the first release. Now that's because:
a. There were too many other flaws to notice (aka humongous pearl monstrosity!)
b. The original hands were better
In all other respects the v2 SLSD is a big upgrade, but somehow they're stepped backwards with the hands

Totally agree, the dial looks very good to be honest and really doesn't need to be replaced. The hands are good but the lume does not match the dial so they either need relumed or swapped for a TC or another set, the crown also needs replaced, going for a TC one on mine, plus a new bracelet.
Once that is done I reckon it will be a very good rep.
My guess is that they're getting the hands from the same source as their 116710 hands? The dark lume on those is such a big flaw on such an otherwise good rep.
it seems to be all the same with BP maker releases: high potential but poor QC plus bracelet
I really had to laugh when I realized the loose SEL fitting (same as BP DSSD) but fine case construction, thanks to TC there is a reasonable source to fix ALL flaws
summing up, this version is the base for a great SD build

The sub is 7mm and the SD should be 7.5mm I believe.

I am not sure what is the correct crown for the SD. Is it the same as the sub? I tried searching (sea-dweller+crown+specs, 16600+crown+specs, etc.......)
And......?
