Just a word of caution here. Steve aka RNRPROF cannot install any crystal in this watch, he does not have the skill to deal with Adrians design. Adrian will however try to install Steves crystal but the risk is entirely on you, there is no guarantee. Of course Adrian can easily install any aftermarket quality crystal or a genuine no problem.

Adrian can you explain in this thread how a Gen spec tube differs from a TC tube and how the object is to counterbore not countersink. Please could you add those tube to case diagrams you had drawn. @ado213

Thank You. It's all Adrian he had to do very precise machine work to make everything fit, it was much more work then just a crystal mod

I perfectly understand that. I can't see the pictures in the op at full res but it seems back in 2014 the bp crystal was worse than now. Do you know if the new one is better. It's still hard to tell from looking only at pics online.
