BP Factory 116710 Batman, thoughts?

Afternoon all. Im looking to purchase a Batman and am considering the VRF model. Whilst searching for one I thought I’d take a look at some BP offerings as I’ve always been impressed with their watches

thoughts on this watch everyone? To me the bezel looks great with good transitions and speed bumps?

the movement is listed as a 3186, is this a good movement or is it one of the timebombs to steer clear of? I noticed BP’s 126710 BLNR is available with 2836 but not the 116710

CHS + ETA movement = timebomb

Steer clear

VRF (or CF) is a much better choice, worth the added cost.

I like the ROFs, I have an ROF Pepsi. There is a thread on the ROF. Some Batman QCs there.

you need to forget the BP, it's a timebomb. VRF and ROF are said to be partner factories and likely use the same insert.

VRF crystals usually suck. I expected to have to swap out my ROF crystal but was pleasantly surprised. I won't be changing it.

Cheers buddy, you are a superstar. I may order an ROF, now the only decision is whether to go for a 116710 or a 126710? Any idea whether either of those models in more accurate from ROF?

As of now yes. The black and blue dial Pepsi's are both "WG" versions which only come from Rolex with oyster.
