Bought A Daytona win "Seiko Movement" which seems faulty

This statement is based on what exactly? Give me examples of what does not look right on this watch.

Based on this picture that you provided:
- The bezel font isn't accurate
- The SEL (solid end links) are not cut with precision, especially for the middle SEL hump.
- The case shape (especially the rounded off edges of the lugs) isn't accurate
- The crownguard isn't accurate
- The pushers look bad
- Since this appears to be a low-end 7750 rep, the side profile probably looks weird as well
- The subdial shiny rings are too thick
- etc etc

It's also not a 7750.
The 7750 doesn't have the seconds at 6 and moving subdials.

This is a cheap movement again, with some kind of other functions on the subdials.

It's the same cheap stuff you can buy in Greece and turkey for around 100€.

You know what’s going to happen right? OP thought he got a good looking watch because he’s brand new and had no idea what to look for. To all of us, that Daytona he got screamed shitter at the top of its lungs. Like, it’s comically bad I think we all had a chuckle when seeing his pic - but OP literally had to ask to get us to say what the differences are between what he got and a Clean or BTF.

He’s going to spend some time on here going through the threads and in a few weeks look at his shitter and laugh. I remember when I first got into watches and reps I had no idea what the critiques were either. Now it’s so glaringly obvious.

OP - If you actually appreciate watches and get into reps, browse around and take some time on this forum. The experience and knowledge from members here is amazing and you’re going to go down the rabbit hole of a new addiction

I have tried to adjust the spring multiple times by moving this regulator but nothing has improved

It's also not a 7750.
The 7750 doesn't have the seconds at 6 and moving subdials.

This is a cheap movement again, with some kind of other functions on the subdials.

I don't know what that thing is. But that is not a 7750. It has a 7750 rotor I agree. But the rest looks so bad.

Do you even read what I am writing or are you responding randomly because you have nothing else to do? This is the one with the "Seiko Movement" from the picture, which was crap. The one I am writing about is a totally different watch with A7750. It is a 500$ watch

This is exactly what I did yesterday

About the movement of the current watch - IT IS 7750 - It has been confirmed by a good watchmaker. In the newer revision, the dials all work. And no, this is not a high-end replica I am aware of, but it is also not 100$ one. I had the 100-200$ one and believe me, there is a big difference.

Which shop would you recommend from the trusted seller that operates in Europe and gives guarantees, when delivering to Switzerland? The last couple of months it is horror with the customs.

Do yourself a favor and just buy a BTF or Clean factory Daytona with the SA4130 movement, even a Noob factory watch if you can find one. Spend your money once, don't keep buying cheaper reps, don't try to be smarter than us that have been in the rep game for a while. You get what you pay for.

Alibaba and DHgate mostly have garbage, and the high-end reps they have are far more expensive than what the Trusted Dealers here sell them for.

The TDs are trusted for a reason. It took them a long time and honesty to earn that title. They aren't going to scam you and risk their status for a quick $500. There are TD's that will replace or refund you if the watch doesn't arrive or is seized by customs.

It is cheap plastic (ceramic) but in fact, even this, not that great Daytona is a lot better watch from good steel compared to that watch. Bit the hype is tremendous and the people just want one. So basically if this Daytona had no crown logo but something else, it will just be a good Chrono mechanical watch

Lololol stop being pedantic haha. Nearly all dealers call these daytona reps having A7750. 7750 and 7753 share nearly everything in common, with exception to the subdial location

I understand what you're saying, but the chinese 7750 is not a good movement, honestly. The 7750 rep you have is very thick compared to a 4130 Daytona. Chinese 7750 and 7753 always had working subdials, but it'll eventually break. It's advised 7750/7753 reps are not to use the chronograph because they are fragile. Not to mention, the newer SA4130 Daytonas are better than the older Daytonas in every way. Everything is higher quality, and feels so much better. Night and day difference, really.

I don´t think so. I think, he is one of the self declared "clever" guys, who wants to proof us stupid RWI-Guys how dumb we are. He thought, buying from a "gross-seller" an Alibaba gives you cheaper prices as buying from a retail seller. That may work for some sorts of products, but not for Reps ;-)
So we have another case of "Dunning-Kruger". That´s that simple.

This community is actually intended to provide the necessary material so that everyone can get as much information as possible on the subject of "Reps" and form a little know how themselves. If you had done that, you would have been spared all the trouble and you would now have a nice Daytona rep. But you thought you were smarter than all the members here, some of whom have been dealing with the subject for decades. Now you realize that you have overestimated yourself "a little". This is a hard but necessary lesson. Let's hope that you have at least understood it.

My recommendation: Since you will certainly not find a buyer for the two lemons, just throw them away or put them in the hat of someone in need, who will certainly be pleased. And then buy a decent Daytona from Clean, BTF or Noob (or if you don't want to spend that much money, also from ARF or EWF) at a TD.
