Wow, that´s unlucky. Mine arrived just last weekend, no issues with Swiss customs. Relieved my new IWC Pilot and Portugieser Chrono of their abysmal straps. Really great stuff.

My favorite might be the green ostrich belly strap which goes great together with a Mark XX and is super comfortable
