Most likely the "problem with the hands" was the color difference between the hour markers and the hands. Which is NOT noticeable. Even from just a few inches away.

I'm looking at a pre production sample right now (same hands, markers) and without a loupe it is well neigh impossible to see the difference in lume colours. The hands are very slightly greener yes but no one will ever notice.

I'm usually strong. But the evil in me took over this time. LOL

Actually , Boss, I think they are referring to tha fact that the hands have rose gold plating/finish on them and the hour marker frames have yellow gold. But it too is very un-noticable.

I eventually ordered it too. Couldn't resist. Especially that my TD offered me it for $280 only.
The competition is good but these guys still have a reserve
