Ah blue! Sorry, looked like black when I saw the picture. Lovely nonetheless.

I think they call that "Maybe Blue", because it maybe blue or it maybe black.

But yeah , it is nice !!

I absolutely love this watch in the blue. I posted a thread on RG last night when some hands on pics leaked on instagram and hodinkee. I also asked Angus from Puretime is ZF was aware and would be interested in another TBB. Since they repped the first on so well.

Angus replied, "ZF already noted this

And hopefully the blue can be made soon

".

So ZF is already aware of this bad boy.

Not a bad choice of shade for the blue but it lose the ''vintage'' look without the usual burgundy IMO.

I like the original black bay, but this blue one seems like a better choice for daily wear. I like it a lot.

Losing its "uniqueness"

looks boring..

exactly my thoughts, too. Now the design got back one step to the usual line of "safe design", "good as for every day wearer" and "let's be boring Rolex-like again". Tudor was proud with original HBB red; this one is just to penetrate market even further; first one was a show off - this one is "just milking".

It even looks nice in deep blue with the silver hands but it´s lost the novelty and it doesn´t have the classic meets modern vintage charm of the red-gold one. They should have made something different on the blue one, rectangular dots, different font on bezel, maybe crownguards or whatever .... hope at least it has blue lume too, as is this spoils both a bit. But no doubt who hasn´t got the red may opt for the blue, probably would have loved it if it was the only one.

I didn't think the original BB could be improved on, however, this has really caught my eye...

Not sure if it is the blue insert or more plain dial, but this version really works for me!

I think the "thing" about the BB is the red bezel, gilt dial and other vintage parts, which make it interesting. The blue bezel variations is just a little too plain. But still cool though - just doesn't have the things that caught my eye.
