All the ZF BB 58s are suffering from 12, 3, 6, 9 marker alignment. Yours looks minimal to me. You won’t notice it on the wrist.

The orange underlay you mention looks to be a trick of the light.

I own it since late january. I wear it a couple of days a week since i distribute time for every rep. Never had a shock.

Really sad for you, maybe it's an easy fix, remove crown, get the whole assembly out, glue it like Rolorin said and set everything back into the case.

Yes, i know, ill take it to a watchsmith during the week. Its just sad how zf makes such great watches, but all of them i recieve have something like a crooked marker, or something like this happens. I would definitely pay a little more for their watches if they made a better quality control process.

I wanted to buy it along a pepsi gmt but thoses issues burned my envy to pass my order :'(, even wondering to go gen instead since they are "affordable".

Maybe it's some isolated batch that are faulty? maybe not.. would be interesting to know the purchase date range/TD for see if it's a faulty batch.
We just need more feedback from the current owner.
