Has anyone seen it with a working power reserve? The only new model with the black date wheel that I've seen with a working power reserve has a PVD coating on the case.

So I've seen two new versions in the last few days, both with a black date wheel. One is PVD coated with a working power reserve:

and the other has the standard steel case, but with a faux power reserve:

I've seen them on a couple of sites from reputable dealers, the sites above are examples. The PVD version appears to be a fantasy model. I'm very interested to see if anyone has seen this black date version with a non-PVD case and working power reserve, since that's the model I've been waiting for.

If you look at Trusty's, you'll also see some limited edition Big Pilots (khaki green / blue dial etc). A bit strange looking but apparently they exists in extremely limited quantites for sky high prices (the gen that is).

Granted, this has got to be one of my favorite watches. But why do they keep
using rounded polished buttons instead of the flat brushed metal buttons. It's
such a beautiful watch, both V1 and V2, but please why ruin the feeling by
doing that? All they have to do is use the V1 band. I really don't get it.

I have to retract my comment. The new version (would this be v3?) has the correct
buttons on the band with the new IWC big pilot face. Very cool

BTW, who here has used trusty time? I thought they weren't on the trusted dealer
list. Has anyone had good results with them? Do you get what you see? I realize this
is probably a dealer rep post, but the topic was brought up with trusty in it...

I think, that trusty is pretty much ok, no big worries.
