Dear all,
I just write just in case that my current situation with my purchase with Puretime, can also help other people in the forum.
On 9th of January I ordered and paid a replica for a GMT Master II 126711CHNR from Clean Factory.
Purchase order number #100279561.
When I placed the order, they told me that they would send the QC in 2-3 weeks.

After 4 weeks, I asked them for QC, and they told me that they are delayed, and they will not send me the QC until end of February, due to 10 days holidays in the factory.
I talked to them today, and they told me that they do not have the watch and they can not give me any date. The only proposal from their side is just to send another watch.

So, after 7 weeks, I have not even received the QC and I do not have a clue about when I will get it.
I know that there are delays with Clean Factory and Chinese New Year, but more that 2 months just for the QC is too much.
They should have warned me when I ordered that they are VERY delayed instead of saying that it was only needed 2-3 weeks.

I hope that this information is valuable for other people.
Kind regards
I understand your frustration. It is expected in business that promises like that are kept, but a lot of shit can go wrong with buying a rep. I had ordered a watch from a TD and it took months for the process; first watch got seized, then had to wait again for replacement QC for a week or two, then another 2-3 weeks for shipping. Unfortunately for you, you caught them during CNY where all of China shuts down, as well as this month of March where raids are more prevalent. Puretime is a Trusted Dealer and as long as you have ordered with them your money is safe. Just be patient and communicate with them :)

Hello Rachmaninov,
The delays are normal. Our TD's are trying to pick up their orders while the police are looking for them. The police are trying to shut down the factories. Nobody keeps a large inventory because if they are raided they lose all the watches. Just imagine trying to run a business under these conditions. If your watch was in stock when your TD arrived at the factory it would be a short wait. I have waited as long as 6 months for my out-of-stock watch to arrive. The TD's are not going to check stock for every person that sends an email that will change TD's to save $5.00. If you develop a relationship with your TD the service will improve. The delivery is all based on the factory's inventory.
