Big delays with first Puretime purchase

Dear all,
I just write just in case that my current situation with my purchase with Puretime, can also help other people in the forum.
On 9th of January I ordered and paid a replica for a GMT Master II 126711CHNR from Clean Factory.
Purchase order number #100279561.
When I placed the order, they told me that they would send the QC in 2-3 weeks.

After 4 weeks, I asked them for QC, and they told me that they are delayed, and they will not send me the QC until end of February, due to 10 days holidays in the factory.
I talked to them today, and they told me that they do not have the watch and they can not give me any date. The only proposal from their side is just to send another watch.

So, after 7 weeks, I have not even received the QC and I do not have a clue about when I will get it.
I know that there are delays with Clean Factory and Chinese New Year, but more that 2 months just for the QC is too much.
They should have warned me when I ordered that they are VERY delayed instead of saying that it was only needed 2-3 weeks.

I hope that this information is valuable for other people.

I can understand this situation with Clean Factory, but you should warn about it when the purchase is made, instead of estimating 2-3 weeks for QC.
Which is the current estimated time for GMT models in Clean Factory?
I think this information could be useful for many of us.

Sorry but we really have no idea. Waiting from clean is like gambling

Unfortunately their system sends an auto email that always says "2-3 weeks". As has already been said, Clean watches can have a huge delay and its well known here on the forum. I would suggest a model by VSF. I've bought a few and the quality is impeccable.

If you insist on a clean factory watch, be prepared to wait with patience. Could be a month, could be six. Plus everyone over there is probably still playing catch up from CNY.

Hi - I'm also having trouble with them. I ordered 3 watches in January. One they said was not in stock and would never be, so I asked for a Clean GMT just like you did. They told me it would be a wait, but they would still send the other 2. I got QC on one and approved the first of Feb. The second watch - nothing. I've emailed a couple of times and no reply. Maybe they are backed up from the holiday?

Interestingly another dealer said they could get the first one (not in stock/never will be - it was a Chopard Happy Sport).

I have been buying reps for years. You are buying an illegal counterfeit watch at the same time Police are trying to shut down our TD's and factories. The delays are normal. You must learn to wait weeks or months if the watch is out of stock. Someday, it will arrive. No TD is going to steal your money. The Police raids increase this time of year, creating more problems for our TDs.

Did you get your TD links from RWI or G00gle? The internet has a lot of fake copies of our TD websites. If you ordered from one of the fake sites you will never see your money or watch.

Forgive my ignorance, but is there a page that tracks current delays with the manufacturers? That'd be something to bookmark.

Nope. Here's a rule of thumb : dont order from Dec - Feb. Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Years basically delays everything. March is the earliest I place an order.

Then there's other Chinese holidays to take into account like Golden Week, but those are only 2-3 weeks.

And usually around early summer time and throughout summer raids happen constantly.

Basically trying to judge sourcing times for replicas is like being led blindfold through a desert. Noone knows.

It also doesnt help that OP picked a very popular model, the v3 GMT with the new 3285 movement.

Please resend with a different email if possible. Most of the emails from CNY were already handeled

I know the situation with Clean Factory delays. This is the reason because I asked the dealer before ordering. They told me that in 2-3 weeks I would get the QC. This was 2 months ago, and I have no news yet. I have already 5 replicas, and they did not take so long.
As you said, this is probably normal in the current situation. I just share the information in case it is useful for other members. When I get the QC, I will share with you to update the current delivery time for this model in CF.

I ordered the same popular GMT Pepsi rep with CLEAN thru PT just before CNY. Just waiting patiently. However, there are other reps (Daytonas) by CLEAN that I really like to purchase. I am worried that if I order another one from CLEAN it will have the same faith. Will I get faster results with QF or other factories?

Hello CA Buster,
Each factory makes watches. You have Clean, GF, and others that manufacture watches. The TD's sell the watches from the different factories. You can buy the same watch made by Clean or GF and they will be nice watches. If you buy the same watch from a no-name factory at a low price you will be disappointed. All the TD's buy the watches from the same factories in Watch City, China. Knowing the factory and the watches they make is important. In short, you would order your Daytona made by Clean from Puretime, Trusty, or another TD. Only Clean's inventory determines how long you must wait. Waiting is part of the process.
