Bezel insert removal

Wanting to fix alignment without removing entire bezel. What’s the best one to just get the insert out?

Need more information. What specific watch are you referring to? Factory might help too, in case there’s any peculiarities associated with the component construction.

There’s a lot of different inserts, inserted in different ways.

However, it’s pretty much impossible to hope you’ll be able to shift an insert without removing the bezel first. And taking a wild guess that you’re referring to a 6-digit Sub or GMT, the process is a PITA and requires the appropriate tools. There’s a bunch of guides on the forum that’ll give an idea of what’s involved. Here’s one:
