Bezel and Dial Review of ZZF V2S 116610LV Submariner and Comparison vs. Gen, ARF V3 and Noob V10

It's very hard to judge the green from these pictures. Also the date/ crystal is an instant tell, a gen date wheel and xtal will upgrade the watch enormously. However, the xtal is not bad by any means, it's a matter of what is important to you. The watch itself just looks great for what we have seen, can't wait to have it in hand. I remember buying these Hulks with metal bezels, can''t believe how far we have come. If we would've seen these pictures back then, we would have died of happiness. The nitpicking seems to be a hobby up here..

yes for the one who have seen gens, the date is a instant tell, but not so so easy atleast not as bad as arf and noob... the watch for the price is genious... modding does increase the cost by much and most of the people here dont do that, and just want a good good-to-go watch and this is it.
Anyone here who has received one, have you also had an ARF and could you compare the bracelet and clasp of this ZZF vs the ARF please? I've heard the ZZF does not feel as hood as the ARF bracelet.

Metal bezels!! The beautiful bp v1 sub , good for that time in black, better than noob v1 but not on par with the everytimes out of stock noob v2 , and in hulk version with that kermit metal bezel with engraved numerals.. what you reminded me

I had a ZZF V2 Sub No Date in my hand that I received last week from Li.
The bracelet is exactly like ARF. Very heavy and feels solid. No rattle! 100 times better than Noob bracelet.
Give it a babyoil bath and it feels like gen.
Only the clasp is even a bit better at ARF. ARF has the more rounded edges and bigger gap between the two clasp closing parts.
the insert/dial contrast was actually spot on for 2013, i must say.
but yeah, i flipped mine too in a minute, then came around a beautiful noob v3 example
noob v3 with jf thight sel bracelet, and lowered upper sel part to go “down” the lug. beautiful times

Very nice SELs but there’s still a lot that needs to be fixed, crown guards automatically give it away for me. Anyone who has owned a gen will know what I mean.

I'm going to hit mine with a baby oil bath tomorrow. Only complaint right now is that the flip on the clasp is so tight it has already left a mark on the bracelet from opening it. Once the oil loosens everything up that should solve it and I can replace the now scratched link with one of the ones I pulled out when I sized it for my wrist. Glad I needed to remove two links because I've already swapped the link out once thinking it was just scratched from factory :/

as i told you before, i ended up my rep game about two years ago, have had more or less all the top range of subs/gmt and a lot of custom builds too(from tripdog, a beautiful set of custom 1675 on cartel base).more than twenty pieces collection. Also have had some rare birds like mbw 1680’s and others.
what happened then?
i realized i spent too much money on replica watches, and sold all the collection over here and on the brother platform, ending up with a genuine speedmaster and low end pieces from seiko and zenith. I like watches!
i promised myself i’d never buy replica watches again, BUT: 4130 daytonas and this amazing zzf v2 may really change my mind now. Also, 116610lv has always been my dream watch..

Actually, this makes it more like a gen. My bracelet has the same mark on my gen from the clasp.

V2 in similar lighting to compare. Makes zero sense why there hasn’t been a V2 and V2S insert comparison.
Looks like a V2S to me. Please request a open clasp pic from TD and if you have it please post it. That would help . Thanks.
