Thank you for your answer! Do I have to drill a new hole for it? Which model the Athaya Crown?

As is smaller it fits however you have to properly attach it to the movement because does not get fixed by the case inner sides.

I bought that spacer at rafflesdials.com

Cool, now i understand!
Which dial diameter would work fine without spacer, without cutting off to much of the dial?

Good point! Is there a 5513 case which has the correct diameter for a yukidial (without spacer)?

Oh yeah and also... IMO, a better alternative to cartel 5513 is the BP vintage 5513 (which is lesser known). Apparently from what i have gathered, the BP's mid-case is the same as cartel... BUT the BP vintage has the following advantages:
1. The BP vintage 5513 has WAY better-looking hands (I got OCD for hands). Cartel 5513's hour hand screams fake to me
2. The BP insert looks prettier to me. Cartel insert font doesn't look like any of the gen inserts, but the BP insert looks more like a gen service insert with thin font

IMO, the hands alone is worth considering a BP vintage 5513 over a cartel 5513. I can't stand ugly sub hands - instant tell to me

you can find out more about BP vintage here:
http://www.trustytime.biz/index.php?...43dcd51ef7c501
(please note that the website is for your reference only because trustytime is not a TD in RWI. However, any of RWI's TDs can source a BP vintage for you)

Is it possible to change the crown on the bp modell too? or is there no need to? What is the case different to cartel and jkf?

i haven't handled a BP one before, but i am guessing the tube/tap should fit an athaya 702 tube (with crown) straightforwardly ---> http://parts.athayavintage.com/produ...rown-and-tube/

but if it doesn't fit, you could just re-tap the case tube hole with a M3x0.35 tap.

cartel and JKF are the same

I would rather use a 5513 Vietnam dial, Ruby can source these and in my humble opinión, are far more accurate than the Yukis.

I needed the spacer because I used a 2824 instead of a 2836, the Cartel cases are for the stem height of a 2836. If you're going to use a 2836 you dont need the spacer, just source a ETA feet dial or cut and redone the dial feet of a Rolex-spec dial like the Vietnam ones.

The only advantage of the Helenarou case is that it has correct crown stem hight as it takes the eta 2824. Some people see the lower crown hight on the cartel cases as a dead giveaway. Unfortunately The helenarou case lugs and crown guards are not as meaty and not quite the right shape. I guess it depends on your budget

How about the Ruby case or the MQ case? Do they have the correct crown height? Of both cases the shape of the crown guards and the lugs seems to be more like that of the original case than those of the Helenarou case.

The ruby cases look good I’m not sure of the price on these but the 5513 is made to suit the original Rolex cals. I’m pretty sure from memory the 2824 has same or very close crown stem hight.
I recently used an old MBW or MBK not sure but it had 2836 crown stem hight.
So I machined a stainless dowel and pressed it into
the case, very carefully tig welded the dowel in then machined the surface. This returned the case to an Undrilled state. I then drilled and tapped the correct hight for 2824 which was about 0.46mm higher than the 2836. Here’s some pics

Impressive! It is something I would not have the capability of producing.
