Ok, I'll bite and actually post a reason.
The HBB is currently winning, and it is doing so quite simply because it is new. If you look at any "Best films ever" or "Best Songs Ever" you'll always see the flavour of the month in there. In 6 months, the HBB will be just another replica, albeit an expensive one. It's no more or less accurate than the best Panerais, Breitlings or IWCs, but because it's this month's thing, it'll win. The same goes for the Planet Ocean Ultimate. Yes, it's accurate, but no more so than some other Omegas we've seen before. It's a simple watch to get right.
Polls like this don't tend to focus on the really, really accurate but less interesting watches like the FM Conq, with gen 2892, just like the original. Or the old factory Seamaster 300, which is one of those rare replicas that's gaining in value.
The other thing that needs addressing is ... Best? Best at what? Most accurate? You're going to get a hell of a lot of interpretation over 'best', especially with those for whom English isn't a first language.
Having said that, here's my vote. It's a money-where-mouth-is vote, and entirely predictable. I reckon the Titanium IWC GST CHrono is the best replica watch. With the addition of a genuine dial, a $50 splash out, you have a watch that will never get called out, apart from on Tuesdays, and even that's debatable.
