LV = Lunette Verte (French for "green crescent")

Crescent refers to the round shape of the bezel insert.

Others include Bleu (for Blue), Rouge (for Red), etc.

No idea which maker does it but I also really like the B&R 123 Falcon. However, as for now the dial seems to be far off from gen:

I think noob makes the best planet ocean. The build quality of my noob feels at least two times better than that of any other factory I've owned. Certainly better than the v6f
