Chronomat evo. This one I sold on as I never wore it but I do regret selling it in retrospect
There's a number of Panerai replicas as well like the DSN power reserve models that are phenomenal even down to having the same movement as the genuine articles, but I'm not going to waste space in this thread posting pictures of all of them.

I honestly don't remember an advertised factory when they were still available from the dealers. They have been out of production for many years now.

Cartier Santos BVF is pretty spot on. I had the gen and sold it for 6k kept the rep for under 500 bucks. Zero regrets

but that's amazing.. FOR MY MONEY's worth.. there's only 2 (now 3 with the Cartier Santos XL trailboww99 mentioned).. of the "mythical" reps
I love this thread because reps are as much about stories.. there are stories passed down.. whispers you hear of.. that santos XL, Little Hero PAM dials, the rolexes and APs and other stories all over.. but if you've been in the game as long as I have.. there's 2 "myth" reps.
1) FM Conquistador "Crazy Hours" .. I forgot what year but this is like back in 2007 or older.. this watch is infamous to old-timers in the rep world for being a perfect 1:1 indistinguishable from the genuine. A "super rep" before anyone knew what super reps were!
2) The ORIGINAL Hublot Big Bang Rose Gold Polished Ceramic watch. I quote, much like trailboss99, the owner/administrator of another replica forum for they know far more than we do and have been around much longer:
"..he's referring to the rose gold ceramic case HBB. The actual case including caseback is rose gold ceramic. The HBBs with original Kyocera OEM polished bezels are NLA as well. It was the actual bezel used by Hublot and it's since been replaced with a rep version that looks a bit different with regards to width and taper. The RG ceramic case is great because it doesn't fade. Negative is you can crack the case or caseback, then you're SOL. I have one and I installed a Kyocera bezel and a Taka 2geek crystal
Ironically.. I've had both in my hands. Sold the FM and still have the Hublot.. all these years thru the decades.. I've wondered why this "replica" has not tarnished nor faded.. now I know why

When I joined in 2017 TC’s were all the rage, he’d just finished building them but they were often available on M2M for a price. Rumour had it that it was he who started Ginault with the Ocean Rover but who knows… a bit like Keyser Zoze!!

Real 72 ! hours PR, the lumen is incredible and shines the whole night, unscratchable case ...
For me the perfect connection between the older classic and the modern on, love this thing

so those stories from back in the day was 100% truethey were called "GHOST FACTORIES"
not clean, vsf, noob etc etc all these other factories now.. it's not even a factory. A "Ghost factory" was basically a 2nd shift that came in after the first real shift at the Cartier factory ended theirs. So they came in and worked producing limited amounts but of actual items/materials the real shift used.And yes, Bell & Rose (do people even know this brand these days? lol but back in the days it was heavy in the rep game) but yeah.. those 2 are 100% ghost factory watches and the most infamous ghost factory of them all is the watch I referenced: The Hublot Rose Gold Polished Ceramic and to an extent the BLACK MAGIC. Both of these had ghost factories producing a limited amount of reps using genuine parts and is what brought down the ire of Hublot's CEO Biver and brought about actual changes from the companies in how they do business in China
this is why you don't hear/see of these ghost factories anymore..

Not quite the same level, but many many years ago in my late 20's/early 30's I worked in IT on a university campus, and a friend said to me ,"can you get fake student ID cards?" (to get into student only bars/clubs/nights for the girls there).they were called "GHOST FACTORIES"
To which I replied "no mate, I can get real ones, what do you want to be studying?"
