Ryan and his team are the best in the game... have patience. Emails, yes they take time. Back and forth, we are all used to Amazon and instant replies. BUT be patient. Their products are amazing. A few of my watches are 6 years old and are running perfect (automatic movements). 100% I will keep going back and back for more products.
