What about ZF? which one is better?

As far as I know ZF don't do the diamond Vanguards.

I haven't owned or seen a ZF Vanguard but from what others have commented the quality between ABF and ZF is fairly similar. Probably the ZF clasp is a little better. Rounded ends instead of sharp edges.
