Best aftermarket Crown Guard for PAM111

I got Ryan at Intime to source me a PAM111 CG, I had it shipped with a new watch. I've installed it and it's an incredibly tight fight, I have to use force to depress the lever down. I'd imagine it would be fine with a slimmer (gen) crown, I've looked and can't seem to find any good aftermarket ones.

Do you have a picture of the installed CG?

Maybe you just need to tune the hex nut or cut the stem a little shorter.
