I know I will probably get beaten up for posting a non-trusted dealer on here but sometimes you have to try other roads.

What do you guys think of this, maybe someone has taken the plunge and brought a watch from here?

[BLINK]DANGER SCAM SITE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ASSHOLES. :) Edit R2. [/BLINK] Thanks for sharing though P18, follow Sebz's advice. ;)

You absolutely do NOT have to try other roads. We have 15+ trusted dealers. They can get all of the stuff (aside from what the "cartel" seems to be able to get exclusively). If you find a watch that you want, just e-mail the picture to one of the more service oriented dealers, and they can probably find it for you. They all (for the most part) get reps from the same "factories". (most) Untrusted dealers just get the same watches, post up pics of a gen, and send you the cheapest copy of the watch available for the same price as the trusted dealers sell the better versions at, or more. Plus, the trusted dealers have a great track record of QC, customer service, and a warranty. The most you'll get from the majority of the others is a willingness to take your money, and MAYBE send you a watch, and if it arrives defective, you're SOL.

I've got a feeling you're a gambler, because you're playing russian roulette with your money.

It is his money, MrY, let him do as he pleases. ;)

There are occasions when someone has to try something new, but once I google a domain name (swissreplica.co.uk) and among the first hits are a scam list, a complaints board etc. I do not follow that up... So I wonder whether the OP did not do his homework before posting or if the intent is otherwise.

From their website:
MOVEMENT: Swiss made ETA 4813 Automatic Movement

I know I'm not the "movement guru" here, but isn't the 4813 a high beat version of the A21J/2813? And I thought there's no swiss counterpart? Basically it's originally a japanese movement, copied by the chinese?

Wizza, 70% of users cannot see black writing due to using a black theme. Just so you know.
