Puretime (as well as most other TDs) have PayPal but they won't hand it over to someone who just joined yesterday, not even if you're studying for a PhD. :hehehe: You can use CC but the credit card processor which is outside of the TDs control, will charge an additional amount that so far has not been shown to be of a fixed percentage or value. That's why members here suggest Western Union/Money Gram. You pay everything plus a fixed fee. Some TDs even give you a slight discount if you use WU so the fees are somewhat compensated.
There is no real V4 PAM111, all TDs advertise them but no one has been able to demonstrate the ability to supply them on a consistent basis (through no fault of the TDs, the factory just gives them what they call V4). There are more false V4s than actual V4, not that the V3 is a bad watch anyway.
Specs wise, if it's advertised as a Noob V4, or a VSF V2 or whatever, it is essentially the same watch, just advertised a little bit differently by each TD, which sometimes use their own "1:1", "Copied from a gen purchased by the factory" or some other blurb. They get the watches from the same factories, so you're not getting a watch of a different quality if you source it from another TD. I'm actually planning to do such a review later, if I ever get the time.
I was going to say much as we wanted to deal with TDs, TDs would also choose TBs (Trusted Buyers) as far as Paypal is concerned ara:
As for the PAM111, I think the forum has done a great enabling job. I don't own one and IMHO there are other models that are just as equally well repped if not better
