Can't find anything but would say replica, http://www.pensinasia.com/dual_time.htm that site is the only thing I can find on Google, I know nothing of MB but I know that subdial configuration is used on a lot of cheap reps

Preface; not an owner of any Montblanc watches but own many gen pens.

A few things that I see is wrong with this,

1) The Whitecap on the crown looks bad, the edges seem to be pointy and rounded. Maybe this is the picture angle, can be resolved if you point a direct picture of the crown.

2) I'm very concerned about the casebook engraving it seems to say "Jic" instead of "Pic". I took a look at my Montblanc Meisterstuck pen and the Jic seems to me that the P was mirrored horizontally.

I want to see a better picture of the crown, but I am quite sure that this is not genuine. Lastly, I can't identify the model since I'm not versed in Montblanc watches but I can't find anything that looks similar. Fantasy model me thinks.

Whoops, meant to write Jix and Pix when referring to the caseback.

I think its a fantasy replica. The subdials (day and date) are in positions typically found in replica watches. It reminds me of some of the cheaper Daytona replicas.

I'm leaning towards rep. Engraving looks more stamped then etched

The early Montblancs all had the closed, ugly casebacks. I was really into these before I started repping. I think this is gen. Op should be able to tell by how the date adjuster works. If I don't recall it wrong, the gen requires to be pressed fully to change dates. While the asian movement is "lighter".

Want: Le Petit Prince IWC.

It is definitely a Rep. It doesn't have the left side pushers the Gen has, among many other things

not a fantasy model. These came in the Gold/white dial, gold/black dial, and SS/black dial like you have.

The issue i see is on the caseback. This model's casebacks all say 7018 where yours says 7002, along with several other differences. Could be an older model and what I found are the newer versions, but cant tell you for sure.

Best way to figure it out would be to open it up and check the movement.

The Op watch is 100 % Rep. The original watch uses a 2892 with a Dubois Depraz module for the 2nd time zone and day date. The module is mounted dial side, so the pushers which operate the functions are high, just under the bezel. The rep in the OP photos uses an asian movement in which the functions are integrated ( Cant remember the caliber ref) so the pushers are lower adjacent to the crown.
