Update: Finally this beauty found its way to me!
It's the 36mm version from V6F. To me, it looks really great with no flaws I could make out. Btw, the second hand moves very smoothly. In the end I don't really know which movement is inside!? Either it's the Miyota 9015 or the Seiko NH05?

What do you think of this version?

It's beautiful but too small for me. Even with my skinny wrist 36mm is too close to women watches.

I found a little inconsistency with this V6F version of the "Cartier" and "Automatic" lettering on the dial... it's embossed!! The original doesn't have this. See my pics above

Are you sure that you have V6F? Look at this v6 pics. Nothing embossed, right?

I asked Hont if he could get the 36mm BB in the configuration I wanted to... aaand guess what, he could!! Got some QC pics and made the jump
I'll keep you updated when the watch arrived.

You will be really happy with Hont. I've bought 4 Cartiers from him already and he's been great every time.

Actually I'm not really sure! I knew that there's a 36mm version made by V6F and it wasn't on my TD's webpage... so I contacted him and he confirmed that he can get it. So I assumed that this is from V6F. Now, it seems a bit of a mystery from what factory my version really is!? And moreover what movement it has inside?

Anyway, it looks great and the movement of the second hand seems very smooth.

no, i didn't find out yet, but the watch is performing well and maybe i'll ask my TD some day.

EDIT: I have to revise my previous enthusiasm about the performance. This watch is really bad in keeping the time. It goes 1 to 1.5 minutes too fast per day. Let's see if it just needs some more time to break-in... hopefully

In the meantime we found out that our BB is nearly 1.5 minutes too fast per day!! Actually this is annoying.

What can we do about this?

The overall quality of the watch is really good, but we still don't know which factory its from! The domed crystal is awesome and the strap is really nice, too.
Regarding its inaccuracy, I think we give it a bit more break-in time and evaluate in some weeks again.

Today I made a big leap forward in finding out what factory our "ordered V6F" is from. On a Chinese site, which I never have seen before, it was featured. Unfortunately no price and no info on the movement, but the factory seems to be "V7" which is the only* maker who has the lettering on the dial embossed!
*all other factories who produce BB replicas (V6F, JF, HBBV6, Noob, TF, HK) have a flat lettering of the "Cartier" and "Automatic" on the dial

I'm looking to get my girlfriend the 36mm but all I can find is 33mm. I was originally looking for v6f but wouldn't mind embossed lettering as well. If anyone has any input on where to find a good 36mm with ss bracelt please let me know.

If it doesn't break in proper and settle down, we're here to help. It's a pretty straight forward job to get it close, depending upon the movement. We'll need pics of the movement to be sure what exactly it is you're working with, but nonetheless we can help.
