Is that only I see some issues in printing of Cartier name over the guilloched dial? Or it’s some kind of image compression effect?

This might be off topic, but I can't find any answer to it. I was doing some digging on this model and found out that AF with CAL.076 is the best to go. Is it really worth spending extra $200-$300 for automatic movement? Can someone shed some light on this please!
That's to have same beat frequency as gen. If you just want the watch, quartz at 33mm is well accepted for a lady's watch. If you want the second hand but don't want to pay for gen spec, the AF with seiko auto movement (nh05?) is just fine. The higher beat of gen spec won't be noticeable to all but the most discerning of enthusiasts.
