Sorry to hear that, bud. Maybe you'll be able to reach a resolution by sharing your experience here, maybe not. Regardless, there's a lesson to be learned here and, hopefully, a more informed path forward for you.

I have the ordered rolex ROLGMT0281 coming my way from Andrew. I saw the QC pics and they look great. I have a real rolex and it looks pretty close in the detail. I will update when it comes in.

I understand your Frustration OP but as said here - this is not a normal business. You should be aware that things can go wrong ( for example a watch DOA ) No one is responsible for that, its just bad luck. You should add it to the costs and solve it - in your case you could buy a new movement M2M and ask a member to install it.
If you don't come to that attitude this hobby will bring you no fun at all.
Wish you all the best.

Hi, you can't enter this thread, but have to create a new one to Show your experience.
Enjoy your new watch.

It’s already added to the cost, and warranties, customer service, and TD accountability via established community engagement are precisely why it is that I and many others are willing to pay $100-$200 per watch over WeChat seller prices. While different TDs have different policies and procedures, those that I choose to work with absolutely do resolve issues such as OP’s in a way that, for me, is reasonable and fair.

OP’s expectations are absolutely fair and reasonable. He just needs to be smarter about he goes about getting such issues resolved going forward.

All i am talking about is more then 6 months since i got the watch.
I could have post a negative respone from the first week. believe me i gave him time and try to get to a solution together, i walked with the watch for a week as he asked to see if it will be ok, I payed shipping without questions or ask for refund, all that time i could have do a cashback without all the troubles. but this is not how I solve problems.
to miss guide me and to ask to send it which you all agree is a bad idea it`s just to disrespect me and earn some time.
it could have been solved if the qc was more then 2 minutes long.

During this time i was talking with him about another models to buy because mistakes can happend and i understand it. but there is a difference between misguide and give a good service. at some point I was responed once a week to my messeges.
You sound like a pregnant woman. Repeating the same erroneous nonsense over and over again. I don't know if you can't or won't read what everyone has told you almost a dozen times. I guess it's easier to keep complaining and bringing up this fantasy scenario of how you think the transaction should have gone. Maybe this is not the right hobby for you. Either that or wake up and understand how it works,

How funny you are … him is just sharing his bad experience with a TD and you are acting again like you’re something . Why to everyone who has a bad experience do like this ? You know , because the watch is not gen and it’s not cost 30k , this doesn’t mean we need to say thank you and if it arrives destroyed. Like in every sale business, there are good experiences and bad . Even at the genuine Rolex you can read bad reviews. Me myself , I took my Datejust for service and it took them 8 months after they told me it would be finished in 1 month. So stop saying to people to stop crying , because the only one crying here is you at every post .

I've ordered from Andrew plenty of times and never had an issue with him. Its not Andrews fault that the watch is defective and that's the purpose of them checking everything before its sent. Bottom line is you should have never sent the watch back to china and (if you by chance did read the newbie section) there is a section that's called "SUPPORTING VENDORS" in which you can find a local watchsmith that could have fixed it for you but you didn't contact a MOD 1ST to handle and fixed the problem for you. Pretty much your own fault for not following the rules. Maybe this hobby isn't for you Grasshopper.

BMW760 he's hurt so give him a chance to get himself a nice glass of wine and curl up in bed and cry himself to sleep.

I don’t understand why when and if something like this happens, why not post on the forums in how to handle it, instead of just making a potiential mistake and then complaining in retrospect. Anyone reading this, I would advise if a watch is doa or breaks try to work it out with the seller, most likely fixing it locally in your region or country is the best way to handle it. Never send a watch back to China for repair, it’s like a 50/50. Some sellers would send a replacement and have a specific way to send the defective one back ect.

My advise to all new members would be before you do something as questions and research then do it, instead of guessing and taking matters into your own hands and when the undesired outcome occurs post to complain, it’s much harder to fix things in retrospect. Just hopefully some constructive advice.
