I ordered from Puretime since 3 weeks ago. They said on their website shipping within 7-10 days. I asked them to ship or refund. Next day their QC send me pictures to confirm then I confirmed that everything well and asked them to ship. After 2 days billing department said they refund and if you still want the watch you must reorder again! I told them that my order is still and I can repay not reorder. Then they don’t care. It was a bad experience, and very uncomfortable customer service.

At least it's the correct address, just checking since it wouldn't be the first time someone fell for a scam site.

There is no a fraud but so bad customer service. You can’t understand how they work, No good response. It’s random work. They refund after I already confirmed with their QC department.

These are two different parts ( QC and sale) I suppose there is a miscommunication inside puretime.

Yes but after that they asked me to wait. Then they send me pictures to confirm. Then I confirmed. Next day they said they refund and if I still want I should repay. I replied yes and no problem to pay again. Then no response. Next day said (ReOrder) then I asked to ( RePay) because my order still active. Then no response. You can’t find clear answer or good response.

unpleasant situation, it reminds me a lot of a very bad experience I had with a gen and a platform sponsored everywhere...and ok

I don't know if you ordered from puretime with the black friday discount, if it doesn't cost you patience, why not re-order and pay, maybe get a 10% discount...

but your anger is understandable

Since few days ago I am sending many emails with no solution or any real attention. So I think better to be careful. 🙏

Well, I think this is a miscommunication between the one who read your refund request and the one who sent you QC pics. I suggest you follow their instructions to make a new order and buy it once again if you want that rep from them.

And please bear in mind that buying a rep in China ain't exactly the same experience as buying things from Amazon, sometimes they make mistakes and you won't get any better even if you make a big deal of it. If you think this is not ok, find another TD from the TD page. That will save you some time for complaint.

Thank you so much. I followed their instructions but no response from the same person. If you send an email today you will receive an email from other person. It’s random work drive you confused with no real solution.
If There is any TD has 16202 AP and ready to ship that’s better.

Many thanks. I just received new email from them asking me to remake the order. I did following their instructions and paid. I hope they ship the watch.

Hi and welcome to RWI! Glad you found your way here.

I think as other members said there was a problem in communication. But in any case you have to bear in mind that you need to be very patient, sourcing watches can sometimes be a lengthy process, this is an illegal business and often it's simply slow, with factories or dealers laying low to not attract attention. I waited myself 2 months for a GMF Daydate because the factory was changing warehouse after some police raids. Read the stickies in the new member area to understand what to expect, it's a patience game and it's very important to keep communication civil with TDs despite the frustration you sometimes will feel.

Please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members area (all subsections), learn the basic forum rules and get some very good advice in the process. A number of questions has already been answered there, this is just an example:

Another good thread to read to understand where RWI comes from and some fundamentals is this:


Most of the information you need to know to start is there. If you're preparing to buy, read the stickies before ordering. When you're finished, you can continue learning by reading the stickies in all remaining sections. If it's stickied, it's important information.

If you intend to sell, read the sales rules and all stickies in the sales section with particular care and make sure you understand each single rule. Sales rules infraction is taken very seriously here. As a new member you are not eligible to sell. Using the sales section is a privilege, eligibility must be earned, make sure you know and understand how.

For anything else, feel free to reach out to @eBoy or me, we're happy to assist, advise, direct, explain. Don't hesitate.

Don't be afraid to post noob questions in the new members area. In doubt, use the flame free zone. If you feel uncomfortable anywhere in the new members area, please reach out to @eBoy or me.
