He did state he replied on the fifth and the seventh of September. That is days ago.

Maybe you can calm down. They obviously offer you support with a new dial to be sent your way, read his screenshot.

Check your spam folder.

I suggest you guys re-think how you treat your longterm customers. I've purchased 3 watches from you and had planned on several more, however after this experience I will never buy anything from you again. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS SEND ME A NEW WATCH.

You have been lying about replying to my emails, because you haven't. I have never had problems receiving emails from you throughout the 3 times I've bought watches from you and now suddenly I don't receive the emails you sent.I provided you with THREE different email addresses and you claim I'm not receiving your emails on ANY of them? Seriously? It's a lame excuse to avoid dealing with the warrantee which you CLAIM to provide with every purchase.

If this is how you treat your customers you will soon find out that these customers will NOT buy from you again.

We have no reason to lie about this. We did responded to you on 5th and 9th as shown from our screenshot. It was mid-automn holidays in China for the pastthree days so PM hasn't been checked. We will resend our emails today to the new emails you provided in PM .

I am sorry to say it is not possible to fully replace the watch if it has been worn and stickers are removed. You can return it for repairs or we provide the spare parts to you.

I'm a little confused. Is this a Super-Moderator saying do not trade with someone (the OP) who is raising a concern about a problem they are having with a dealer that they hope maybe bringing it here will enlighten others and possibly see some action?

No, @tripdog is bringing attention to the badge on that members account. They either scammed someone, or had a problem with a transaction they didn't rightfully resolve.
