I recently took delivery (less than a month ago) of a Clean GMT Master II BLRO and I realised that the hour hand is scratching the dial abeam the date. This is obviously the result of bad setting of the hour hand. I have sent several emails to PureTime and not a single reply. I have purchased several watches from them but unless this is resolved and someone gets back to me since it is still under warranty I will never return as a customer.
