Bad customer service

I recently took delivery (less than a month ago) of a Clean GMT Master II BLRO and I realised that the hour hand is scratching the dial abeam the date. This is obviously the result of bad setting of the hour hand. I have sent several emails to PureTime and not a single reply. I have purchased several watches from them but unless this is resolved and someone gets back to me since it is still under warranty I will never return as a customer.

Sadly I still have had no reply from anyone at PureTime despite multiple emails. I will wait till tomorrow and will PM you if I don't receive a reply to my emails.

For your information the "DO NOT TRADE WITH ME" was a glitch from your side. I raised a ticket regarding this today at was advised that it was a system glitch and one of your fellow moderators promptly removed it.

No sadly it's not the case. I have received nothing in my spam folders or inbox from any PureTime email. I have sent multiple emails and received nothing so to claim you do not ignore any emails is a bit difficult to believe.

It looks like the hour hand is catching the seconds hand at that point in the rotation. A number of things are wrong about that (if I'm right). I would ask for a new watch.

I don't think a repair is something I want. This is a faulty assembly which has cased damage. You should replace the watch

Puretime should sent you a new dial then go to a local watchsmith and let the Handstack fixxed (change the dial before).

Don't send it back to China it will take forever and if you have bad luck, china customs will seize the watch.

New dial + local watchsmith (puretime can pay the bill) is the best way in my opinion.

I suggest you guys re-think how you treat your longterm customers. I've purchased 3 watches from you and had planned on several more, however after this experience I will never buy anything from you again. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS SEND ME A NEW WATCH.

You have been lying about replying to my emails, because you haven't. I have never had problems receiving emails from you throughout the 3 times I've bought watches from you and now suddenly I don't receive the emails you sent.I provided you with THREE different email addresses and you claim I'm not receiving your emails on ANY of them? Seriously? It's a lame excuse to avoid dealing with the warrantee which you CLAIM to provide with every purchase.

If this is how you treat your customers you will soon find out that these customers will NOT buy from you again.

Even after I PM'ed you and provided ANOTHER email I still have NOTHING from you. It's been days not 24hrs
