My advice (40 is no longer visible in my rear view mirror) is to get to the gym as often as you can. Ain't no pill that replaces good diet and exercise, IMHO. Supplements are generally a waste of money for a variety of reasons.

+1000! AGREED! I'm 65 pushing 66 in Feb and don't look it. Nineteen years of the gym spinning classes, stretching, walking, sensibe diet (which allows you to splurge on weekends) does wonders. Plus, at the gym, you get to see a lot of VERY interesting sights, heh!
