My advice (40 is no longer visible in my rear view mirror) is to get to the gym as often as you can. Ain't no pill that replaces good diet and exercise, IMHO. Supplements are generally a waste of money for a variety of reasons.

Just my $0.02 USD as always.


+1000! AGREED! I'm 65 pushing 66 in Feb and don't look it. Nineteen years of the gym spinning classes, stretching, walking, sensibe diet (which allows you to splurge on weekends) does wonders. Plus, at the gym, you get to see a lot of VERY interesting sights, heh!

The very best thing for your prostate is frequent ejaculation. I'm not kidding at all. They say 3 times a week min. I aim for 6! ;) tell your missus it's for your health.

Sex 3 times plus a week with your partner also increases lifespan by over ten years and in a double blind study these people also appear younger than those who don't.
