My aquaracer has a similar plastic holder around the movement but nowhere near that big...that movement is small.

Agreed. I opened it up and immediately laughed. I mean, tiny doesn't begin to describe it. Strangely there are no stuttering issues with the second hand, so it has that going for it.

Not happening at that price. The most I'd pay is $300. Especially with so many other, nicer watches in that price point.

I'll stick with my Gate version.

A very nice watch. All the vintage pilot/ aviation vibes I like.

But, I have an OCD regarding short hand lengths. The minute hand does not extend all the way to the minute tracks. An unforgivable flaw in a watch that imitates a cockpit instrument, where exact reading of time is essential.

The replica is missing the inner «rail» of the railroad minute-track, compared with the gen.

Well, maybe just good that it is too expensive anyway, even though it has an original Swiss Sellita movement. :)

Love the watch! I guess the price is a bit high because of the Sellita sw-200. Might get it at some point, in the mean time I got a Pagani homage to scratch my itch.
EDIT: Arggg chrgod why did you point out the inner "rail" track?! What has been seen cannot be unseen!

I'm Pretty Popular
Found out that Tag actually recalled this model and re-released it without the 'Isograph' text on the dial. Now it's just known as Autavia.

CptPlanet Did you happen to find out "why" they recalled the "Isograpgh" model ?
Were they defective in some sort of way or was it done simply to have a "rare" edition for collectors to go after ?

My apologies: due diligence is my friend.
