If I put double sided AR on the crystal, the first tiny mark on the outer coating would mean would I have to strip it off with my dremmel, the curse of OCD, so I prefer not, plus the gen doesn't have double sided AR 
At least it's a genuine sapphire crystal, not poor and cloudy like the H factory version!

I prefer singled sided AR, on genuine or reps
I removed the outer AR on my rep Breitling Seawolf, I simply prefer the look, can't abide even the tiniest of marks or scratches on the AR, it's like an itch I can't scratch!
The rep has single sided colourless AR same as the gen, I am happy with that, but can see why some would want double sided

I can't wear any watch with a mark on the crystal, totally killed my interest in vintage Rolex builds, after I finished the project, I couldn't wear the watch! lol
Acrylic crystal and me = no go
Well, EVERY AR is imperfect if you look at it closely, so you are quite absolutely thrown into the 13th circle of Dante's Inferno. LOL.

Haha, yep, I noticed imperfections on the underside AR of my Seawolf in sunlight at a certain angles, suffice to say it took all my willpower not to take the underside AR off too! Deciding not to place the watch at those angles in direct sunlight did the trick for my brain
Gen sapphire will always be better than rep, I am happy if it's imperfection free at least

My wife is a Holocaust scholar, so I must wear NAOTs. (I would rather wear Birkis though.) Weird political issue here in the choice of sandals, both in Germany and in Southern Cal. I am not too immersed in it though.

If you spend a quarter of your life in San Diego/SWFL you NEED sandals. Basically, the choice between NAOT/BIRKI is a choice between ISRAEL/GERMANY. It is a gigantic political choice for some (like my wife), but not for me. I kind of like all choices to go to Germany lately anyhow cuz I love my Germany.
