I heard a story of someone buying a new calibre 3126/3840 for about EU4K without the gold rotor.

It will be hard to manufacture a 7750 with the same cam chrono mechanism, the diamond-grated bevels and inverted snailing on the bridges, and the same type of balance bridge as on 3126/3840. I think it is impossible.

wow, 4k and still not complete, the gold rotor also not an easy to source.

i agree with you, its not the same like p.9000 that just have a full closed bridges, that KW quite nail it.
3126/3840 is jut difficult, even to close by, i will hats of tou for china factory if they can even make it close.

I just ordered the 44mm FC, and no other AP 44mms, although I can understand why one would want to buy them all.
I am sure there are some here that spent a lot more than me recently at PT. Angus is making it hard to say no.

The open case backs will ultimately force rep makers to come up with better ways to conceal the rep movements like they do on rolex and panerai watches. Before this year is out, we will see these watches with faux bridges.

Exactly. The whole point of the Gen 44mm ROO's with closed caseback, is so that you can see the working engine. So it would make no sense with a closed back that's why they need to come up with an alternative soon

Going to try and get one through before CNY... then it's a serious look to see what is genuinely getting wrist time... and

yea you absolute right, now it doesnt take a geek to be able to tell which one is rep and which one is not.

especially we cant build a 99% franken anymore.

even if we found the movement and probably cost around 5K up, with the exspensive dials,and all other stuff, probably the franken will be at 10K up. which will holding the guinness worl of record on the most exspensive franken,

which will push the franken above some gen stuff.

just make me sad a bit....

even now, with 700 tag, we still have to do service, AR, probably lume?

and it will push us to 1K easily,
