I got my BOB from Waccex. Great service and decent cost. Love mine. Have used mine for two weeks now and its developing a great patina.

I've got the black suede bob on a 243 and it's the most comfortable strap I've had,and inexpensive.

I also have a BOB strap that I'm very happy with. I may even pick up one of these asso straps to try that look out. They look pretty awesome.

Suggest you look at Malio straps. All handmade and reasonably priced. Beautiful Asso strap for 100.00 as an example.
