As A Kid- What Was Your Favorite TV Show

For me it was without question SPEED RACER...I watched it everyday from about 69-74ish.
Starsky and Hutch......anyting with fast cars was ME....


Then came 3 Stooges, Davey and Goliath, Gilligans Island, Johnny Quest, Munsters, Scooby Do....and a lot more.

When I see those re-runs it takes me back to a simpler time.

The Monkees was my earliest one. Davy Jones was the first man I ever wanted to marry. And then in 1996, I got to join them on their world tour, danced with Davy Jones (but I was over him by then), and learned that Micky Dolenz was a real lech.

Then I went to Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island on weekdays, Superfriends and Speed Racer on weekends (and I wanted a Mark V too).

On Friday nights, my parents watched the Love Boat and Fantasy Island. It was on Fantasy Island that I saw my first open mouth kiss. It was fascinating and horrifying all at the same time. I'm over that now too.

Speed Racer all the way!!! I lived closest to the school, so about 5 friends would run to my house at 3:30 so as not to miss moment.

Later in life, Magnum PI, A-Team, Starsky n Hutch, ....... All the classics with cars, guns, and attitudes!

Now? Top Gear all the way!!
