Have both; I will go for SD43.
Better proportions and weight.

I totally get you. And that’s probaly also the reason why I like the 116660. Actually I have had some time with the genuine d-blue and it is just an amazing looking watch. I think the reason why I at first chose the black dial is because I’m afraid that the d-blue’s dial is incorrect in color and where the colors fade. I feel like the more detail the watch has the more the factory can get wrong you know? But I think I might get both the 126600 and the 116660 if I do anything. I don’t know yet if I want to wait for the 126660. Because as I said, I enjoy the quirks of the 116660. But if the 126660 is even better than the current 116660 we have, I might consider it.

I thought so too about the complication with the DB's colour. But let's face it.. who's wearing one every day you're about to bump into? But we're on the same page. I'll ignore as much complication and imperfections as possible too. Just whatever you feels like just go ahead and get the one you like most. At the end of the day you're the one who should be satisfied with. We all should do so.
There're are few ppl around me that are into watches as well.. so I wouldn't take too much risk in my case. Especially Rollies are easier to pick out imperfections than other brands. Most ppl if not all are seeing Rollies as middle point for watch base enthousiasts.

You are so right. I somehow always forget to ask myself “What are the chances that I will bump into someone with a gen deepsea d-blue” I really appreciate all the feedback! It’s so nice to be able to come to a forum like this and talk with people that share the same hobby.

I have had both and ended up keeping the sd43 for the simple reason it was a better product overall compared to my.noob v7.

What bugged me about the dblue was the dull insert on it, once you have the arf and swap back it's quite terrible especially in low light

But i do miss the dblue sometimes, the clean no cylcops look and amazing dial.

Although everyone is talking about the ARF is a better version of the 50th, what about the Noob? I see the Noob's bazel is looking better.
The basel and the lume insert looks more genuine.
What else is different from the 2 except for the steel?

This is third time I have read you posting this opinion on here . What else is different except for steel ? Lots chap the Arf is a far superior rep , the bezel lume and insert don't look more genuine on the Noob ?

Okay so if you take a look at the insert on the black arf dssd compared to the d-blue version, they are different. Does anyone know if they are actually different, or if it was just a early sample thing?
