RE bezel teeth:

@2manyeatches, I wonder what the absolute outer bezel diameter is between the rep and the gen? It seems like the rep could just be shaved from the side at a lesser angle to make the teeth scallop less severe? If the measurements vary (with my assumption that the rep is fractions of a mm larger), I may buy one of these and put the bezel on a lathe!

For real it just came and Im leaving to go to do family crap for turkey day. Will try to do a proper comparision with my gen this weekend so dont bug me and demand this and that pic. I have not even taken the plastics of the ARF but it feels good. The rotor is a tad bit louder than the gen but the overall build and quality are pretty damn good.

if possible, could you kindly please take a direct side picture of the rep and gen's crown/crownguard? I would like to have a look at the crown/stem/tube height and crownguards on both watches

Wow! ARF really did raise up the bar very high!

I'm no rolex expert far from it, but what is evident to me on the rep vs gen is the 1mm or so higher crystal height and fatter lug profile. An experienced Rollie modder should be able to make this almost 100% per gen.

Sorry guys no more pics... at least until I see my father again next month for the holidays. He fell in love with my sd43 yesterday so I traded him back for my gen Royal Oak Chrono that he snagged from me over the summer. That’s why i did these pics yesterday. However I did swap the bracelets and they swap right over back and fourth if anyone was wondering. Most like my noob v7 didn’t swap with my gen sub. Would have had to had the rep endlinks drilled out. Not sure why I even did it on the sd43. After oiling the rep bracelet it felt pretty good.

The hands were corrected before public release. Updated DW is coming on the next batch from what I read somewhere.

Thank you, now they will only need to fix the pointy bezel scallops ! Once seen.. I wonder if one could put in a correctly scalloped bezel from a 126600 BP v2 for example but then the SS won't be 904L... oh well such is the rep hobby!
