Looks like the updated ARF. Notice that it no longer says swiss time at 6'o clock and instead has the rolex coronet.

I don't know but I'm hoping its an ARF DJ41 with an improved date wheel.

Updates are:

color on dial
hour markers have a thicker border
coronet at 6
datewheel
bezel is sharper
lugs are sharper

I'm mid order so I will probably hold off to see what this is, but I'm now thinking this is unlikely to be ARF

On this pics you cant see lugs because they are in dark and you cant see bridges of the lugs

On the gen ,SELs are shorter than case lugs,like on arf... on this no name SELs are longer then lugs so it is not good..if it is arf why would they make wrong SELs?

There are 2 options here - either to order and hope that the DW will be successful or wait for an update from the ARF. Do you think that ARF knows that their DW is bad? Or will not change them until the new release of ARF DJ41 will come out?

They work in batches, so they will not throw out a batch of DW if they came out wrong.... you can wait it out or live with it has for now. You can always mod the watch, but the DWO is not so easy as it is a newer type of date disc.

SOLEX i intend on swapping out my dial with a gen dial which i know is possible, in terms of swapping the dw out, do you know the gen dw model number at all? And if it can be swapped out by an experienced smith? Anyone chime in if they can help

Perfect. Glad you got the info you needed. Personally I do not find the DJ41 DW to be that bad, especially seeing the latest QC. Best of luck!!

Hi guys, I'm seriously thinking about buying a 126334 jubilee gray dial. Do you think the ARF remains the best choice? Surely the DW is to be changed ..

There is no day just on the market,only datejust and day date... best datejust is arf,most accurate for now
