I have a two questions

1. Is the dial (blue) on VSF concidered to have a more accurate dial than ARF v2? I think my ARF looks a bit too bright/dull compared to gen based on pics/videos.

2. Can you install an VSF dial in a ARF that has gen DW?

If anyone in EU can do this mod, please PM me. My modder Interaktiv appears to be very busy at the moment.

Before some smart one tells me "read the thread before asking" I must defend myself with that I once contributed to this thread about half way in with comparison pics of gen DW and crystal and so on but lets face it, I'm not gonna read 2500 posts, sorry

I can answer the question of the dial fitment : the vsf dial is made for the vsf3235 movement , so the gen dial is plug and play ..... but its not fitting on the A2824 movement on your arf . I've asked Interaktiv 2 month ago and he said it needs to be modded , actually not an easy mod i think i think it would be easier to buy an vsf dj , build in your gen date and xtal and sell the arf

Here is my "ancient" ARF v2 with gen DW and crystal.

bro i was reasearching a lot too and i must agree that blue dial on vsf is closer to gen than the arf,so blue dial from vsf will be amazing on your arf case( live that sharp genlike lugs they are simply perfect)
this is comparison pictures with gen and vsf is still off but a slightly IMO and noticable only when there are many lights from office and you can see that sunburst is more harsh than gen,but color is 90% here and sunburst is closer than arf because in lower lights is almost perfect,arf have too strong sunburst imo...

The VSF dial I bought seem to have this heavy dark blue color I love, but maybe that's just the lightning.

yes you need to do the same as with gen dial,the movementring needs to be mod

A gen dial (and VSF, if it also have groove like feet of the gen 12xxxx series) can be fitted on ARF, need some modding.

Tickleshoes Contact him, he is CONUS based and has done one for me.

Lume is probably going to be different. i dont see the point of putting a VSF dial in the ARF watch. Then just sell your ARF and buy a VSF
Best to franken it with a genuine dial.

I got gen datewheel and crystal on my ARF. But a gen dial cost a lot and the color of VSF Dial look better and almost the same as the gen dial.

Is putting a vsf dial on a ARF easy mod ? And which mod need to be done ???

Hey mate,i use simple hand soap and ultra soft toothbrush,btw from time to time i take cloth and every single dent on bezel needs to be polished with cloth
