DW on this 36mm is much better than on the 41mm. The DW might look bigger to some on the 36mm since we are used to the 41mm dial. But if's not as fat.

Next to Gen this is clearly going to show thicker no? Maybe my eyes are deceiving me. It's an improvement absolutely. I would always think a gen DW would be needed.

This is super zoomed trust me..i have gen DW on my arf 41mm and thickness is the same
Gen dw is always a plus, but my opinion ARF did a good job on this batch. Someone who doesn't have enough budget to franken or just want to wear it will be enough.

Is there a general consensus which is the way to go for the 36 V3? I guess I need a black one too for the collection and since ARF did such a great job with the bracelet on the 41 and now the DW‘s becoming better, is this a good choice for the 36 too?
I heard the GMF isn’t bad either, but I can’t imagine their bracelet is as good as ARF‘s.
also the height of the GMF is wrong with 12.5mm what is pretty bad compared to gen 11.7.

They completly ruined SEL fitment on both jubilee and oyster on v3
In the factory they said: Lets not fix the DW in v3, lets change something that the costumers are already happy with, why not the sels..

Corect..they are not stupid and they know how looks sel fitment on gens
So I just received one, had a gen crystal installed but not sure if this is a V2 or a V3.
Do you guys reckon the date is okay? At first I thought the date was really fat, then the more I looked at it, the less of an issue it actually is.
One thing I do notice though is that the crown is really rough, there might still be some plastic residue on but can't seem to remove it.

here you go - for the LEC flaw i used a flashlight, pic is bad, but you ll get an impression (i dont care about this flaw)

maybe you are right, it looks pretty bold and i might switch the watch on the 26th and the 28th - seriously: imho its a lot better than what i had in hands from JF and ARF, were even the 1 looked extrabold
