I'm so jealous, that is my favorite watch. I bought three others at first just to see how it goes because I hope my DJ41 is the best, not perfect I know what this is.

Has anyone bought a champagne two-tone model? I can't see anyone's review or comment on it. I expected the champagne to be popular. :S

I don't know what size crown fits the current ARF DJ 41, its best you ask within the forum(s) or use the search function. Good luck.

Unfortunately nobody was able to help me, even Ryan didn't now.

I just ordered one now, Domi will hopefully get it fixed for me, he told me that it should be alright

I think the 41 mm size (39.5) is more of a modern style... and therefore less people going for champagne. Whereas the classic style is the 36mm and that generation of people also favoured the Champagne dial... so yeah I'm not surprised actually. This generation of watch consumers, dislike two tone (as a whole) and champagne dials etc.

The second hand would stop no matter how much winding or rotor revolutions which i was seriously pissed about. People recommended not sending it back to Ryan due to customs risks. I sent it to Gary Kloner a reputable service guy i found on here to fix everything.

Just snapped these pics on my iPhone on a raining day. The dial has a great burst effect in bright lighting. Can’t wait to get it back i think it’s going to be my daily watch over my 116622.

What i spoted here that you got very very sharp lugs which is uncommon for arf,very nice,wear it in good health

Tempeted to get ARF DJ 41 (blue dial) just wondering what are the "must do" mods needed to make it more "GEN" like?

Hows the jubuilee bracelet on the ARF?

Does anyone knows if prof crystal comes with the LEC at 6 o clock?

am planning the following mods:
- Change to SH3135 movement
- Replace with blackhole crystal xtal
- Replace with GEN roulette datewheel (NOS)
- polishing the fluted bezel & hands

Why changing to clone? No need because 2824 have same functions like 3235,only thing you can change is DW and crystal if you want

It fits with no issues so far with overlay

All you need to change in this watch is gen xtal and DW (Buy gen 3235 DW and use as overlay, it fits perfect). See attached picture from my watch. BTW, I have a gen ETA 2824-2 and Crown and Crown tube also.

SH3135 is wrong movement for this watch (It is 3235, slightly bigger)
The gen version of this watch blue dial doesn't have roulette DW (only the 36mm DJ blue has roulette)
