Would you guys be open to an A2836 with modified hand stack? I know I would - for stability's sake. Curious to see if and when ARF pulls this off. They have done very well in the past. DW will be bad is my guess though.

I picked up all my genuine parts from rolexsparepartsdepot.net
they have everything you need and you’ll never need to spend hours on TRF, EBAY, CHRONO24, and VRM ever again.

Feeling the same way unfortunately, expecting a way too thick date font and another 2836 modified movement.
Puretieme says "If you are not particularly looking for CHS, we suggest you take the 2836 with ICHS since it is more reliable. ARF new SH3187 may fix the issues for the current A3187 CHS but it might still not that reliable than 2836"
..and I just pulled the trigger on an ARF Hulk A2824 because Puretime about SH3135 told me:
"sir, this is with 2824 movement which more reliable than 3135 .3135 is decorated more close to gen"

I don't really care if ARF does it like Noob and modifies a 2836 for the CHS. AS LONG AS IT IS RELIABLE (and you can get spare parts for it). I just want the hand stack to be correct. I don't even want to wear my franken which I spent 1,5k on because of its ICHS. At first I thought I wouldn't mind but its making me anxious whenever I look at it...

This is a rep you are talking about... this ichs/CHS thing is a madness. My gmt is a 2.7k build noob v2 ichs and I love every tick of it. It is a beautiful watch and who gives a sh|t about what order the hands are unless you are trying to pass it as a gen.
Wear it!! And get the new ARF, transfer the parts once it's out. That's what I am going to do also.

The base exists, they only need to replicate 6-7 extra parts and make a new date plate. That's it. They don't even need to design a new movement.
For a factoey who replicated the 3135, cloning a few extra parts that will be added on top of the existing movement is a nothing...

It has the jumping hour hand feature though right?
I like the way mike did it - where the GMT hand is just fixed, and it changes date and time like a normal ICHS A2836 GMT.

You can do that with a 3135H base and 3175 Parts. Same features but better reability + it take gen hands

yes its similar to the gen 3187 where you have to use the 24hr hand to change the date. The only thing that changes between the ICHS and CHS movements currently is the top plate and gmt module.
ive been waiting for this sh3187 since puretime mentioned it to me over a year ago. we will see if it comes true and how reliable it is.
