Anyone bought these before and are they anything like gen? Mine is a bit misaligned at the top so I might want to replace it. Is it a hard mod? Also, will this fit my 42mm CrPO, it only says the 42mm PO.

Thanks a lot! Nice comparison. I was also wondering how to replace the insert, what tools do I need. I can't seem to find a good tutorial with the search function.

These inserts are good if your looking to swap the pearl out with a gen alternative. Otherwise they suck. The rep pearl sticks out almost as much as a 116610 pearl.
