all I did was post a link to some watches I have available for sale, not details, only photos. But I butted into conversations that weren't mine.

I don't know what I did wrong specifically, I do know that I'm clueless and did *something*, since my support payment of $35 was refunded and I had the "DO NOT" flag. Odds are very high that I deserve this , but don't know specifically what. The way I see it is I violated my own code of ethics of study first do later, so I was going by that.
Twice I offered to send a watch before getting paid. Which is all the words you're thinking, I know, but I was sincere about it. If a couple ended up as losses, I didn't care. Maybe someone objected to this.
I rep directly for Shenznen and Hong Kong manufacturers directly, my costs are negligible. I offered to sponsor a few raffles or contests by donating the watches, I sent this in writing to trailboss99, who was handing my account setup.

It’s pretty clear that you have arrived here with the wrong idea about the purpose of RWI. It isn’t a rep shop for anyone who fancies having a go at being a dealer. Plus, you sound like a nutter.

You have a point, no argument on any of your comments, especially the part about being a nutter! You have a gift for erudite judgement of character. The scope of this snippet does not cover my very broad interest in replica watches, and replica other items as well.
My educational background is chemistry and fine art. I try to balance these very disparate influences by making my scientific inquiry take creative approaches, and my artistic expression is often technical. The franken replicas fascinate me and I wanted to follow along some projects and attempt a couple myself. I have a host of CNC equipment.
Lastly, my "having a go at being a rep" is not a means to an income, it is economic activism and a love of the product. I have very low prices, and take great pleasure in the beauty of the things I sell. This is a hobby. That's all of it. If I a, indeed oil to RWI water, I have no further defense.

If you want to learn the technical term that we employ in here for your activities : it's backdoor dealing. Meaning you tried to offer rep dealing services to members without opening proper sales threads.
Chances are you would have failed to follow others rules in regards to pricing and acting as a dealer but at the moment that's the rule you broke, several times.
You seem like an intelligent man, you should have made more research on how things works here. We don't doubt your intent of providing a good service to the community, unfortunately you are not the first nor will be the last to have the best intention in the world but not the necessary knowledge of this community to provide the quality of service we expect from the vetted vendors here.
Your current status only prevents you from accessing the sale area and using our PM system, you are not banned, you can enjoy the full extent of what RWI is all about : informations, you are just deprived from one tiny bit of it that for some members is everything, but that was never intended to be the sole purpose of this board.
There are other forum with market place for you to dwell, I strongly advise you read their rules

Following Glaude’s replay, I now understand what got you the trading ban. To use a phrase which has recently become loaded with new significance, “It is what it is.” With time served and good behaviour, it’ll get lifted. And as you seem like an intelligent nutter with an excellent education, skills and a decent set of tools, hopefully you’ll stick around, and share some of your experiences.

You are not authorized to sell on this forum - why you thought you would be authorized is beyond me. This is a privately owned forum, not eBay, the rules are different here.
No it won't, he tried to set himself up here as a TD, by PMing people a catalog of watches he has to sell - people reported him to Admin. Read the first line of the 3rd PM from the top in his screen shot.
Ah, okies, apologies trip. I didn’t know that the trading ban was necessarily a permanent state. And on Tapa the screenshot of the PM was too tiny to read.
