Are the "ceramic" bezels of the Clean Daytona 116500 and others (like the GMT) durable?

I'm going to buy a Panda, and I like the bezel on the Clean 116500 Clean 116500 better than the

Clean 116509 I like the dial better, but the bezel looks like my genuine 16520 and it gets lost. Clean 116509

I've seen a couple used GMTs with ceramic bezels inserts look like they are pretty fragile.

So there are two questions 116500 and GMT durability. Any opinions greatly appreciated.

This is an addiction. It's a trip learning the ins and outs. Down the rabbit hole.

The Clean GMT inserts are like communion wafers. If you look at them the wrong way they crack. I would expect the Panda inserts to be thicker.

Any ceramic insert is fragile when uninstalled. They're ceramic (i.e., like a piece of china) and will crack/snap easily. Once correctly installed, they benefit from the protection/support of the surrounding metal structures, and are resilient.

True. But these Clean GMT inserts are just ridiculously fragile.
