As some may know, I am having some issues with this watch, namely a stripped crown tube, scratched AR and dust on the dial. Am sorting this out with the seller who is trying to make this right.

However, in the meanwhile, even with all these issues, this is a stunning watch as the below pictures will evidence.

Fits amazingly well on my wrist.

I don't know why I waited so long before picking this up. My new favorite and definitely one I'm going to start searching for on the gen forums.

Very Sweet!

I think I should not wait that long as well...I have been distracted by B&Rs, IWCs, PAMS, Chopards...but this is nice.

Is that a black or blue dial? May I ask whom you purchased from & how much? THANKS!

I saw one in person and this watch has definitely some presence. A little too thick for me but she is a beauty.

Congrats !!

I have one for about two years and is incredible. Did the caseback mode by myself and changed that horrible plastic sticker and now is superb. Also had it water proofed up to 5 Atm, swimming this August without any problems!!

I also have this watch. Easily my favorite! I use the slevin bracelet on it, not a perfect fit but good enough. I am on the lookout for the gen as well (with bracelet). Almost picked one up in St. Thomas.

Who did your waterproofing pabler?

It was waterproofed by a Spanish guy from a Spanish forum. His name is Loose, I don´t know if he moves in this forum.

I used to own both 2006 and 2007 CD. One of the best replicated series out there. For waterproofing, not much to be done, except by checking the caseback gasket and applying silicon grease. I have dived many times with both models and even operated the chrono pushers underwater. All seems fine.

That's a brilliantly rep'ed watch.

Just noticed something minor. Is it just me.
Or is the paint work on the inner bezel between 3 and 4, a bit uneven/cracked...

For waterproofing, you also need new gaskets for the pushers, because the factory ones are rubbish.....

Depending on the version. I have seen some changes on this version. One is the crown tube. This one uses construction similar to gen already (threads on the inside). The old one has the thread on the outside.

No, it's glossy surface, what you see is reflection not paint cracking.
