finally, the watch i ordered has arrived. Thanks to RWI who were significantly involved in the solution. The fact that I still got what I paid for brings a lot of security and trust back into the RepGame.
It's a pity that it took a little pressure to find a solution, but all's well that ends well


PS: to all those who were upset why I make a problem out of it or that I should just leave it at that and live with the watch, this matter could possibly be a motivation for you guys not to accept everything that happens to you in life, but to fight for what you deserve, be it here in the RepGame or in real life

Yep. Also they spotted a problem and sent it back to the factory.. week later sent me more qc pics and all was well...

Quality of service has changed then over the years like everything now. That's a shame.
