No idea what that is. Nice fingerprints on the rotor!!

But I can tell you I wouldn't touch it frankly. It's obviously a budget cheapie type so probably a crappy Asian movement. I'd be concerned about the bezel screws too.

No it isn't. Chinese 21J movement.

Grant it, the rotor is covering alot of the movement, but i dont see one single jewel visible

I have never seen such a movement in a 15400. Looks very cheap

Yes, its a cheapie, in my local area, price is about 120us or less
They claimed it as a japanese automatic movement ( that's all the description)

This is an old cheapo version of the 15400... it's best to avoid this version and get a better piece.
