hi there
I'm having series of doubts concerning the AP ROO version of both websites and I would like if some of you could help me with them

I'll start by showing you the versions I'm looking at
Puretime - http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/royal-oak-offshore-ultimate-rubberclad-black-updated/

Timeshops - http://www.timeshops.net/AP_ROO_White_and_Grey_Chronograph_RB_Bzel_-_A7750_Secs_12_00_1798-5316.htm

To start with I have read a series of threads here saying that Angus' version was better because he got the AP from Factory 1 and Timeshops were from factory 2. Guru also mentioned that Angus was the guy for APs and I really trust his words as he is an expert when it comes to APs and Hublots.

I want to get the best version there is, but I'm really confused about the prices. In timeshops the AP is about $100 more expensive than puretime and they look exactly the same.
I wish you could point out the main differences between them, so I can choose the best one.

Well, to make the best of this thread. I would also like to buy a Hublot Black Magic. I am as well in doubt between the sites.

Here they are
Puretime - http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/big-bang-black-magic-full-ceramic-ultimate-edition/

Timeshops - http://www.timeshops.net/BIG_BANG_B..._AND_BEZEL_-_Asia_7750_28800bph_1664-3860.htm

With the hublots I have read the same thing here about the APs, that from Timesshop they are from Factory 2 and Puretime has Factory 1, and Factory 1 is better.
However, the gen HBB Black Magic, has a date wheel with a white background and the middle thing which holds the rottor is not sawtoothed (sorry I do not know the name of that part, I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say).
In timeshops they have the correct date wheel and the correct middle thing but the engravings don't look so good, and at puretime the background of the date wheel is black and the thing that holds the rotor is sawtoothed.

So which one is best?

I am not aware that the AP with sec at 12 comes from 2 different factories. What I know is that the Barricello comes from a different Fab ( HBB V1 FAB) then the AP ROO. So I think all ROO are from one factory.

Regarding the HBB, some gen ones come with a white or black DW, depending on the year the watch was manufactured. Angus is the right person to buy from. The V1 has one mistake on the back which is the 309 engraving, this needs to be 301, otherwise it is perfect. But you can replace the caseback with a v2 version which has the 301 engraving. The Rotor engraving on Angus V1 is excellent. It looks like the Timeshop watch has stickers on the Rotor.

You might also consider Marvelous Replica. He can source you the v1 and he also could get you the v2 caseback.

yes tempus comes in v2 but it sucks , get the v1.

AS far as AP ROOs are concered , they are from the same makers as HBB v1, so what puretime have and timeshop are the same.

I bought a hbb tempus from lay, and he told me that this was a noob factory version. I always thought that the 700$ hbb's were hbb factory, and never heard of noob hbb's before..
