AP ROO QE II CUP 2016 V2/V3 difference

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know the difference between V2 and V3 for the AP ROO II CUP 2016? In the following links I can see basically same description (is my understanding JR = J12) but can't see any major difference.

Same watch. But look for one with an updated cyclop I believe it’s available.
